Nate Silver shows the likely outcome of the senate races as a 50-50 tie, with a likely but not certain Dem veep. He has NM and PA replacing incumbents with challengers. My question is, why is Dan Coats retiring? There's no scandal, no "spend more time with family." I'm not aware of him having health issues. He doesn't seem that old.
