Today the 4th circuit hears argument in the VA voter ID case. My understanding is that Virginia's program is not as bad as the NC, TX, WI programs that have recently lost in court.
The oral arguments should be here tomorrow:

One of the judges thought remand in light of the North Carolina case was appropriate.
