I found out why I've been having so much trouble finding the text of the ruling in the oklahoma voter ID case. There wasn't any written ruling, just oral from the bench at trial.
I just read each side's trial brief. The focus of the case is on the free and equal elections clause of the state constitution, which is what the plaintiffs in Missouri won with back in 2005. I find this interesting stuff. I probably won't get around to writing an amicus in support of plaintiffs.
