Today's strong voter ID victory in North Carolina is the third in a couple of weeks, following Wisconsin and Texas. I do not know if this will make it any easier to find counsel in Indiana,
either in my case or some other. Crawford encouraged Indiana plaintiffs to come back with as-applied challenges backed by evidence. So far that hasn't adequately happened.
