was reading FIRE's amicus brief in Susan B Anthony List v Driehaus, and was pleased to see one of my cases, Majors v Abell, cited to the Supreme Court.  Now, that's hardly the same as seeing it cited by the Supreme Court, but it could happen. plan to update post with link, just wanted to note it before i forgot. Susan B is a wonderful case about whether Ohio can have a truth commission. However, it's not clear that they will reach the merits, so we'll see. It'll be argued in April. This week the Su[prmee Court did not announce that big election law case we've been waiting on. They might hold it back til the last day to keep us in suspense, or it could come any time.
