I am sitting in the Buffalo library, killing time until my bus comes. (I was going to take the train, but that's an extra ten hours of time to kill, and $18 more.) I'm reading a thread on the election law mailing list, in response to Rick Hasen's paper on fact-checking truth squads for political speech.
And I look out the window and the DirectTV blimp is going by. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIRECTV_blimp. So I had this odd flash of an idea for a fleet of blimps above major markets, factchecking the news and the candidates.
