troubling voter ID decision in Memphis. the complaint is above; I have not found the decision.
Ballot access news (Richard Winger) reports that a judge has ruled against using Memphis library cards as voter ID. I think this might be an appropriate case to go forward on appeal. However, I don't know if the plaintiffs are committed to doing that.

edit: i guess all that happened was she verbally denied a preliminary injunction motion, so there's probably no opinion, at least yet.
