What Do Debra Bowen and The Clash Have in Common?
Both Bowen and The Clash want you to "Know Your Rights." In Bowen's case, she refers to the right not to sign one of the eighty ballot measures in circulation currently in California.
His post points to the live version of the song on the recent compilation ablbum, which I don't have. The version I grew up with is this one, although I'd never seen the video. Another video of that audio. Another live version. A 1983 US version.
This stuff might not interest anyone but me, but it was the highlight of my afternoon.
