Casey-Santorum (R-Pa) Senate race, FEC asked for ruling on disclaimers in ads, 186:A–6 (9/26/06)BNA, which I don't subscribe to. Will go look for more info.
Oh, right, I covered that here. Seems like the usual: dems file frivolous fec complaint (actually it's a request for an advisory opinion) in order to harrass opponent. Might be working; Casey is slightly leading in the polls.
