More censorship by Democrats:
It's arizona this time.
Votelaw Blog tipped me to a story about a complaint by Az Dem's againstt he secretary of state, who is running some of those obnoxious voter ID ads with tax money. Rokita was doing the same thing here until someone complained and his name was taken off the ads.
But the AZ complaint accused her of using "express advocacy" in the ads. I was sceptical, and googled for awhile, and found this, a press release from the D's in which its clear there was no express advocacy.
Again, and again aqnd again, they misuse the process by filing false complaints in order to harras and chill their opponents. Furgatch may be the best known example.
