I might have a new case.. kinda hope not.
One of my clients, Joell Palmer, was going to run in the 100th legislative district against John Day, who lives on my street and is a nice guy.
The election commission found a new deadline, just for the libertarians, that had never been enforced before, ,and kicked him off the ballot. Couldn't even be a write-in.
I met with a party offical and visited the elections commission, just gathering information at this stage.
Weds update: Met with the candidate again, met w Indiana Election Division staff,
got the files, looks like a go.
