Two important developments:
A state judge in Georgie has enjoined voter ID based on the state constitution's right to vote.
The Connecticut ACLU has filed suit for the green and libertarian parties re the unconstitutional and dicriminatory public finacing plan.
I would like to proceed with a suit on voter ID in Indiana, but I lack counsel and I'm currently disinclined to do it pro se. I am my roommate were prevented from voting when we wouldn't display our documents without a warrant.
