Roberts confirmed 78-22. Which is to say 23 yes votes by D's vs 22 no votes by D's.
He's already been sworn in, by Stevens, so on Monday he'll sit with Justice O'Connor and the others. And off we go. Maybe tomorrow Bush'll announce OConnor's replacement again. It's rumoured he may choose a woman - probably not Anna Nicole Smith.
