My usually reliable source on Delaware politics tells me the state supreme court has heard arguments in the case about a Smyrna city councilman defamed by an anonymous internet poster who is probably the Mayor, who lives next door and is a triflin fool
(my opinion.) The issues are about whether his IP number and identity are discoverable from the ISP. I've blogged about this earlier. Here's a News Journal story with photos.
