here is a press media release by Jim Bopp and the James Madison Center on the two cases where cert was granted. I'm using the term "cert" but the orders "noted probably jurisdiction." I'm not up enough on Supreme Court motion practice to know exactly what noting probable jurisdiction means as opposed to granting cert.
Interesting to note WRtL is unpublished; if the decision is overturned, not having published it won't look so good.
Update: Alyson Hayward helped out on the jurisdiction question: BCRA specified that the court would hear these cases, and quickly.
