(post removed, was posted to wrong blog.) meanwhile, Richard Winger clarifies that
the Oregon bill doesn't make it illegal for members of established parties to sign nominating petitions; it's just that their signatures wouldn't count, making it much more difficult to get a new party on the ballot.
