yesterday  i worked 13 hours as a courier, delivering absentee ballot info to the polls. it's a job that can be replaced by a machine. they did not want me to work the voter hotline because we are in litigation.
shortly i'll go clock in to count absentee ballots.

then i cast a provisional ballot just before the polls closed. i am planning how i will present clear an convincing evidence that i am who i say i am at the hearing, without showng a photo id. if they turn me own again i can file a new lawsuit, since i have new video this cycle of being denied a provisional ballot.
i was also denied press credentials by both the county and state. my state application was 11th hour. it was approved by the gop co-director, but not the dem one.

then  i did my usual 5 minutes at open mike night at crackers comedy club, as the arbitrary aarvark. i'm doing that as a way of practicing speaking on my feet so that someday i can tell my story to a jury, or an appeals court. the one time i was in front of posner and easterbrook i felt tongue-tied, so i'm working on being a bit more glib.

then i went to the libertarian 'victory' party at the antelope club. met another comic there an invited him to crackers. had a tablespoon full of plum brandy with an old veteran. i like to have a drink on electon day in indiana to celebrate that it is now legal, since about 5 years ago. bars used to be closed while the polls were open.
a few highlights - the gop  did about as well as could be expected.  libertarians shut out or didn't run.
a few people lost who  am glad to see lose - kobach, and dean heller. dennis hof won his race in nevada, although he's dead. more results tomorrow.
