i'm thinking of trying to become an amicus on the merits in tyson timbs v indiana,
the institute for justice's 6th supreme court case.
TYSON TIMBS AND A 2012 LAND ROVER LR2,
i have been an amicus at the court once before, in crawford, and could pitch it to the same coalition.
i have a related state case involving an excessive fines incorporation claim.
looking for help from anyone interested.
the amicus could be from 'robbin stewart and a 1990 geo prim.'
so i guess my first homework is to rea the cert ptition
