Missouri voters will now get a say in voter ID, but law could still be challenged in court.

Today the Missouri Supreme Court heard discussions about whether to put a question on the ballot which would raise the tobacco tax from 17 cents to 77 cents per pack. I externed on that court back inteh 90s when I still thought my legal career was going somewhere.
