North Dakota becomes 4th state with a medical marijuana initiative on the ballot,
plus 5 states have legalization proposals.

In exactly 100 days voters in Nevada, Maine, Massachusetts, California and Arizona will have the opportunity to legalize for everyone 21+, while those in Arkansas, Florida and Missouri will have the chance to legalize cannabis for medical use!
