“Judge Rules Delaware Disclosure Law Unconstitutional”

CCP: “A federal court today issued an order barring enforcement of a recently adopted Delaware law that would have forced a group that publishes non-partisan voter guides to violate its members’ privacy.”
I was pleased to see this. I'm from Delaware, took my first civil liberties class at age 17 at the University of Delaware, and litigated Anonymous v Delaware (2000), so it's nice to see a win here for CCP. I met a young woman today at a bar association meeting who went to Widener Law School, Delaware's only law school (although it's part of a Pennsylvania university.) Widener is just down the street from what used to be Lynnthwaite's ice cream stand and is now Concord Mall.
