I've just found this story from nov 1. video and print from organge county florida about so called "illegal" flyers without disclaimers, supporting a tea party candidate.

The tv station and reporter kathi belich, made a defamatory and false claim that the flyers were illegal.
The orange county elections supervisor's office was the scene of the video, but might not be directly involved in the false allegations. I've written to Lawson printing, who produced the flyer, for comment, will update if I hear back.
I have written to the tv station, requesting a retraction.
