Drudge is reporting that ABC lied about the foley tapes, that the messages were between concenting adults, not an undersage teen as ABC had reported. When I was trying to cover the story a few days ago, the broken ABC file was frustrating. It turns out that the original file was replaced because it disclosed the source's name, and this was noticed by a source for Drudge.
