Landell v Sorrell, a 2nd circuit campaign finance case from vermont, may be headed to the supreme court after numerous opinions re denial of rehearing en banc.
The Libertarian Party of Vermont was a plaintiff below but is not represented in the Bopp cert petition. Does anybody have more info on this? gtbear at gmail.
The LP has been an occasional player in these cases, including Valeo, McConnell, Dem v Jones, Chandler v Miller, Edmonds v Indianapolis, and currently Beaver v Clingman.
